Struggling With Relationships?

Most couples, if not all, experience highs and lows in their relationship. No matter how caring or understanding you or your partner may be, fights or misunderstandings seem inevitable. These problems are not necessarily unhealthy; these can mean that you still have a lot to discover about each other and a chance to make the relationship stronger and healthier.  
No relationship is perfect. All relationships have flaws, and conflicts are expected to happen from time to time. However, no issue can destroy the bond of couples working hard together to make their relationships work.

TAKING THE FIRST STEP

I understand that starting any therapy can be daunting, especially when it involves a partner. Perhaps you are worried it may make the relationship worse, or that the therapist will side with your partner, or that opening up about intimate details will leave you feeling vulnerable. I always encourage you to simply keep an open mind.
There is no need to worry as I will always  support you both through those difficult emotions and uncomfortable conversations with empathy and objectivity.
You do not need to commit to a series of sessions. You can try a session together and then decide if couples therapy is for you.
